Eww, apple rotting experiment🍎

Kia ora bloggers!
What have you been doing today?
Well I haven't been able to do much because my country is still in level 4 lock-down so its still online school. One of are tasks was to create an apple rotting experiment. All of the details are on the slide. I have only had the experiment set up for 2 days so far and its already looking really interesting. I had 4 containers, 1 container with lemon juice, 1 with white vinegar, 1 with salt water and 1 with nothing. I lefts the lids off so that the oxygen can get to the enzymes to make the apple go brown. It is fantasising to see the photos compered to each other. This is lots of fun and can't wait to see what happens next.
Have you ever seen mold on a apple?
Until next time bloggers.

The Train of leaves🌿🍃

Kia ora bloggers!
What have you been doing today?
Well my country is back in lock-down, so there has been lots of zoom calls.
One of the tasks are teacher gave us was 10 mins of free writing about a picture which you can find on the slide. Me and my friend, Annabel worked on it together. We called it "The Train Of Leaves".
We chose this name because it was a old overgrown area with a train track running though it. My favourite line in the story is "the birds chirping flooded my ears." If me and Annabel would be to do it again then I would probably start it off differently by putting in some onomatopoeia in but other wise I like the story as it is.
Have you ever seen a over grown train track?
Until next time bloggers!
